About

This blog started with the need to share my collection of anime releases on a freely manner, and allow cross feedback with the community in a much easier and straight forward process.

I first started publishing my works on now the mostly defunct mcanime portal. It was a forum centric place with threads as a release system and a "library" that would keep those organized. It was aimed at the Spanish speaking community which is huge counting on South America but on early 2015 crushed at the call of Crunchyroll. Posting on nyaa (tracker) was another option when I started uploading in 2014, but soon found one of my releases deleted due to "improper content", something like less than 10min of hentai for a 50min OVA. I was asked to upload my restoration work to sukebei.nyaa which is where you will find all the uncensored live action porn.

BakaBT would be a nice place if it wasn't plagued with pricks. Their page works differently, only the "best" release all around for a given resolution would be uploaded and shared by BakaBT. I once was banned by the lover(?) of a member because I told him to don't offer/promote field blended anime when we had quality blurays coming around the corner. Making offers is also complex, you need to have a good share ratio, since I don't enjoy torrenting 24/7 (I only enjoy restoring anime) it's unlikely I'd ever got to that. Recently a BakaBT member made an offer of one of my works, to the surprise of all the positive people in the comments section (about 4) not only it was dismissed, my work was heavily criticized and punished. In a matter of days the same user that provoked my ban on the forum made a crappy "1 hour filtering + 1 hour testing encoding" release that was promoted to legible within a week (suspiciously rare), displacing the old but still fairly good sono1998's release. It was a good chance to see how a bunch of kids talked down as if they knew it all.
All this crap made me take the decision to build my own blog.

Since I made this blog in July 2015 the post order and dates are the original work release date and not when they were posted in this blog for the past releases before 2015. Those works were signed as my username "Dogway" so and since I'm a single man in the fansub I will keep signing it the same way, this will also give continuity to my releases.
